Our Founding Story
Innovation in Livestock Research Pvt. Ltd. (IILP) was born out of the concept of generating livelihood for the villagers in Gorkhaland. Conceived and implemented by Shri Rajendra Shrestha, a first-generation entrepreneur, the core thought in working out solutions for livelihood was "SUSTAINABILITY".
Mr. Shrestha has observed over the years that not only the land but natural resources have been exploited without proper sustainability provided to the local people and also to the environment.
